Robyn is a fully certified APPI Pilates Instructor. As a Chartered Physiotherapist teaching Pilates, Robyn’s training with the APPI has focussed on the principles of ‘motor relearning’. This means that movements are broken down into smaller parts and, once mastered, put back together again in a more efficient a natural manor. Starting by activating our deep ‘core’ muscles and then strengthening ‘outwards’ throughout the rest of our body.
