Outline Chartered Physio is an established Physiotherapy practice specialising in Horse and Rider Biomechanics and Performance. Our services include Physiotherapy (Human and Equine), Rider Performance Assessments, Sports Massage, Acupuncture, Exercise Classes and Laser Therapy. Although specialising in Horse and Rider Performance we do treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions in other populations.
Based within the beautiful Lanarkshire countryside our on site facilities include:
Human/Rider:
- Two treatment rooms
- Gym/Studio
- Reception Area
- On site parking
- Toilet and kitchen facilities
Equine:
- Covered 20 x 40m arena
- Solarium/Equine treatment area
- Trot up area
- Surfaced turnout paddocks
We are looking for a proactive, passionate and professional Physiotherapist who has a special interest in equestrian sports. The ideal candidate will be a qualified ACPAT (category A) Physiotherapist. We will, however, consider a Chartered Physiotherapist who is currently studying/or planning to study Veterinary Physiotherapy within the next 2 to 3 years OR a Chartered Physiotherapist who is interested in working with riders only.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
BSc(Hons)/MSc Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and registered with the CSP and the HCPC
Must have a full UK driving license and their own vehicle
Experience riding and handling horses
Desirable:
PgDp/MSc Veterinary Physiotherapy (registered with ACPAT category A)
Acupuncture Diploma (registered with the AACP)
