Yoga practice complements any sports training programme. The Yoga for Riders class aims to enhance your riding skills through flexibility, balance and breath in line with movement in an enjoyable class format. Yoga for Riders is a holistic practice that addresses the rider as a whole. It helps to prepare you physically through improving flexibility, core strength and balance whilst also teaching effective breathing and is extremely effective in reducing tension and relaxing body and mind.
